Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all orders placed on bali-boards.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Payment
The full price of your board and any add-ons is charged to your card when you place your order, through our secure encrypted payment system. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Cancelling a custom order
Custom, made-to-order boards can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, minus the card processing fees (which the payment provider does not return to us). After 24 hours your board has entered our build queue - email us at bali.boards.admin@gmail.com and we'll discuss options such as a partial refund or international delivery.
Cancelling an in-stock order
Ready-made, in-stock boards can be cancelled free of charge within 72 hours of ordering, minus the card processing fees.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card processing fees are deducted from every refund. A completed custom board is not refundable once shaping is finished, except where required by law.
Delivery
Delivery within Bali is included - we bring the board to your accommodation and can hold it until you arrive. International shipping may be available on request; any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Build time
Custom boards take about 21-30 business days to shape and glass. Indonesian public holidays (including Nyepi and Idul Fitri) can add a small delay - we'll always keep you updated.
Quality
Every board is handshaped in Bali and inspected before it reaches you. If there's a genuine defect in the shape or glassing, contact us and we'll make it right.
